Tender slices of pork or chicken are breaded, pan sautéed golden & served hunter style with mushroom & onion sauce, braised red cabbage & house made spaetzle.

Rheinischer Sauerbraten    $22
Our Rhineland beef is marinated in red wine & wine vinegar with many spices for over a week. It’s braised in the marinade till the meat is fork tender. The marinade is strained, thickened & the secret Van Blass ingredients are added. The potato dumplings are an old family recipe and they are topped with crumbled bacon. Served with braised red cabbage. The Best of the Best!!!!!
